Description and Requirements

India Service Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the below –

  • Designing & executing consistent governance mechanisms to enable business visibility & decision making for India service operations
  • Driving executive reviews by providing actionable insights to business leaders.
  • Proactive monitoring of key metrics & driving corrective actions in collaboration with business leaders
  • Ensuring all performance measurements and KPIs are in line with business priorities.
  • Ensuring data requests around reporting and dashboarding are met periodically. Drive the simplification, digitization & automation of reports and processes.
  • Liaison with business and finance stakeholders to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Demonstrate strong partnership with all Services Support leaders and delivering customized support in terms of data analyses & insights basis business priorities.
