Description and Requirements

  • Drive region overall performance (Customer Experience, Cost, KPI)
  • Drive region BMS – Annul Operating Plan, MBR, Region local BMS
  • Analyze Services delivery KPI, drive KPI's performance
  • Support region leader's interlock with Region GM or Country GM; Region Upsell team
  • Implement region segment management system
  • Analyze region operational cost performance, improve region cost efficiency
  • Co-work with Field Force, Part Supply Chain, Contact Center & cross function teams to ensure region overall performance is on track
  • Report-alert region on "aged open order" to meet End to End Cycle Time target, CX mgmt.
  • Core team member of AP services ops who drives consistent practice across AP regions
  • Support local project analysis and implementation
  • Ops advisor to region local team (data flow, financial flow etc... )
  • Ad hoc support to region local team (Region / Country Service Delivery Manager Upsell team...
