India Services Support Leader – Job Description

This India Services Support Leader position will manage India day to day Services Delivery of all Lenovo products. Deliver high quality service to our customers, drive operational efficiency, build services delivery capability to support Sales growth in India market. This position reports to Asia Pacific Services Support Leader and is strongly aligned to India General Manager, India Leadership Team, Asia Pacific Services Support leadership team. This is a senior-leadership role for someone who has strong Services Delivery Management experience, Strategic-Thinking, People management and communication skills.


  • Close collaboration with India Sales team to grow business topline through enhancing customer experience, improving services quality and building services branding in the market.
  • Strategic thinking and planning to enhance India Services Support capability and take care of India market needs on Services.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost effectiveness through effective BMS (business management system) and bold thinking & actions.
  • Optimize services network and ensure the efficiency across the whole network, that is including Services Supply Chain, Customer Engagement Center and Field Services Delivery.
  • Partner with Asia Pacific Leadership team to implement Global and AP strategy in India.
  • Explore add-value initiatives to grow Services revenue.
  • Value customers' feedback, improve customer satisfaction and manage customer escalations in an efficient way.
  • Lead and coach India Services Support Org to be motivated, innovated, and able to adopt changes quickly.
  • Highly motivated Senior Management person

Basic Requirements:

  • Master’s degree
  • Experience in Senior management positions
  • Experience in leading larger teams of Services professionals
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team
  • Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
