Description and Requirements

At Lenovo we strive to put more innovation in the hands of more people so they can do more amazing things. We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Sales Team.

The ideal Sales Representative will be goal-oriented, articulate and possess sound phone skills. A desire to reach high performance goals is a must. Representatives will work with acquisition and retention accounts in large enterprise or mid market segment.

This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full Lenovo ISG Product Portfolio and selling against the competition. Account Representatives will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone. Inside Server Sales Account Representatives will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.

This ISG Inside Sales Rep will learn Lenovo's ISG solutions, including ThinkServer, System X, Lenovo Networking and Storage. In addition this role will support the sales reps in pre-sales activities and post-sales activities as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing both detailed presentations and demonstrations via phone, computer, or a combination of both (Webex, etc). This will be a key task that this ISR will be expected to perform consistently.

Supports all technical pre-sales activities from product overviews to deployment consultations to RFP input for channel business.

Maintains technical relationships at the channel IT technician and entry level IT management, and sales.

Minimum Requirements:
• 1+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience

Preferred Requirements:
• High level of interpersonal skills and strong negotiation skills
• Must have the ability to penetrate, acquire, and transition opportunities
• Working knowledge of IT industry, ability to learn and present hardware & services portfolio
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• High level of flexibility, self-reliance
