Description and Requirements

We are seeking an ISR Team Lead, responsible for managing the ISR ANZ team at Lenovo Malaysia.


Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Lead the ISR team to meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring strong performance across both topline and bottom-line metrics.
  • Team Coaching & Development: Provide guidance and coaching to ISRs, assisting in their professional growth, and supporting them in handling escalations and complex customer interactions.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring customer requests and inquiries are handled promptly. Drive productivity by monitoring outbound call KPIs and minimizing errors, such as missed opportunities and inaccuracies.
  • Profit Levers & Initiative Execution: Implement initiatives to drive profit through programs, accessories, and services for IDG, ISG, and SSG offerings.
  • Data-Driven Performance Management: Leverage data analytics to track and assess ISR performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement. Utilize insights to make informed decisions on team and individual productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with backend stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and continuously improve processes that enhance sales outcomes.
  • Mentorship & Team Engagement: Foster a motivated and engaged team environment, mentoring new ISRs to ensure they are onboarded effectively and meet performance expectations within stipulated timelines.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the execution of sales campaigns and programs aimed at boosting team performance and achieving sales goals.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Sales Pipeline Optimization: Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely and effective follow-up on leads to maximize conversions.
  • Cultural Leadership: Foster a positive, high-performance team culture that drives collaboration, innovation, and success.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree with experience in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjects (preferred but not a must).
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship Software.
  • A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Lenovo products, services, and solutions.
