Description and Requirements

The Inside Channel Sales Representative is integrated with the Swedish Channel organization reporting to our Channel & SMB Sales Manager. As our new Account Representative you will be maintaining the already existing good relationships between Partners and Lenovo, as well as acquiring new business with those and new partners via the phone, email, and Teams. This is an opportunity to manage your own set of accounts and territory and advance your commercial skills.

Your main Responsibilities include:
• Act as the focal point of contact of Lenovo for Small Medium Channel Partners 
• Maximize Share of Wallet across all Business partners 
• Work closely and align with the Distribution Account Management Team and ensure focus is on “Sell What’s Available Today” (SWAT) 
• Acquire new small business partners and drive whitespace 
• Max productivity (ROI & E/R) 
• Manage sell-through with Distribution to achieve targets 
• Leverage promos, incentive programs, offers 
• Own relationship and end-to-end sales cycle 

Position Requirements: 
• Customer-centric, flexible and creative - excellent communication skills, and a friendly rapport with customers 
• Driven by working in a dynamic environment and ability to prioritize tasks as per business value and company benefit 
• Previous sales experience, IT industry experience is preferred  
• Capacity to manage own Sales territory in a quantitative and qualitative way in order to find best combination to reach target 
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook 
• Fluent in Swedish and English
