Description and Requirements


The OL ISR is responsible for onboarding, developing and managing of new resellers and partners for Lenovo 360, enablement of new partners and promotion to higher level of OL channel programs and promos, as well as reactivation and re-engaging partners that have slowed transactions, within and assigned territory. You will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Onboard, develop and manage a set of business partners assigned within a set region;
  • Positioning One Lenovo benefits for partners and gathering partner account profile;
  • Checking compliance with Partner Program requirements and drive upgrade of partner level;
  • Developing a solid working knowledge of OL products and the benefits they provide to potential and existing partners;
  • Providing support to partners including help with licensing and technical issues related to Lenovo 360 products;
  • Manage End to End assigned SMB/MM Leads with Business Partner
  • Certification Management – Tracking and Invite Business Partners
  • Tracking of Target Achievement and Clip levels and proactive Alignment with Business Partners
  • Channel Delivery Issues with deep interlock with distributors and local SMB Manager and Distribution account manager
  • Participate in local Channel Events in assigned market to meet partners face to face.

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in selling IT hardware and software brands in a channel model;
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered);
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter;
  • Ability to adapt to changes in role and responsibilities;
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and French
  • Knowledge of Hardware industry and the ability to relay information to the partner community;
