Description and Requirements

For our German headquarters in Stuttgart, we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager Mid Market with additional team lead function for our GAT region (consisting of Germany and Austria) as soon as possible. 

In this function you are responsible for establishing and expanding customer relationships with all assigned medium-sized customers. Your strengths lie in commercial activities on the phone, over video and emails  in order to successfully shape all sales phases through to completion. In the role of team lead, you support the team manger in various tasks and will report to our Mid Market Sales Manager.

Your tasks include:

• Identification and qualification of new customer projects through active telephone calls

• Target-oriented management of customer relationships with a focus on increasing sales and profit

• Presentation of the product portfolio taking into account the individual customer requirements

• Product selection and configuration according to customer requirements

• Creation and follow-up of offers including pricing up to the completion of the project

• Pipeline management

• Quarterly and activity planning within the assigned customers to achieve goals

• Cooperation with business partners and the Lenovo sales force

• Independent processing of customer inquiries and cooperation with international teams

• Documentation and tracking of telephone activities in the CRM system

Your profile:

• Ideally, a degree in information technology / business administration or a commercial apprenticeship

• High affinity for IT sales over the phone

 • Sales experience (min. 2 years), ideally in the telesales environment an advantage

• Excellent communication and contact strength

• Customer-oriented, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working

• Negotiation skills and motivation skills

• Ability to work in a team

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Flexibility and above-average commitment

• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written.
