Description and Requirements

We are seeking at Lenovo Malaysia for our Inside Sales Representative handling ANZ.

The position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and services to our International Accounts.


Key Responsibility

  • Drive outbound sales initiatives independently, understanding the sales process well and effectively moving leads forward.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance benchmarks, showcasing expertise in both transactional and solution-based selling.
  • Employ consultative selling methods to strategically engage clients, collaborating with external sales teams as needed.
  • Manage accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management, leveraging historical data and market trends.
  • Implement margin-maximizing strategies, including upselling and cross-selling, to stimulate revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with external sales, virtual teams, and subject matter experts on bid responses and pricing strategies to improve win rates.

 Job Requirements:
  • Excellent Korean and English verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Other dialects of Southeast Asia could be a benefit
  • Bachelor degree with experience in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjects (preferred but not a must)
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship Software
  • A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Self driven, goal-oriented
  • High level of flexibility, self-reliance
  • Proactive working
  • Focused in delivering outstanding results under pressure.
