Description and Requirements

Position Description:
 

  • We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Sales Team. The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be aggressive, goal-oriented, articulate and possess sound phone skills.
  • A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must.
  • This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full catalogue of Lenovo products and selling against the competition.
  • Inside Sales Representatives will configure products, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone.
  • Inside Sales Account Representatives will work within corporate initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.


Position Requirements:
 

  • Excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and English verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Other dialects of Southeast Asia could be a benefit
  • Bachelor degree with experience in a business-related field, information technology or similar subjects (preferred but not a must)
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office, Outlook and Customer Relationship Software
  • A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Self driven, goal-oriented
  • High level of flexibility, self-reliance
  • Proactive working
  • Used to deliver outstanding results under pressure
  • MUST be able to speak Cantonese & Mandarin language as the person will be supporting the Hong Kong market
