Join our growing Mid-Market team as our new Inside Sales Representative!
A part of Lenovo’s growth strategy is to focus on the strategic accounts within the Mid-Market segment. Using your passion for IT solutions the training we provide you will be a significant part of this strategy. Working as an Inside Sales Representative, you will have daily communication with C-level executives from large companies, which makes the position perfect for building a good network and advancing your career. This role will require you to provide all the support and analytical data to enable you to build and grow the spend within an aligned set of key customers. You will be reporting to the UKI Mid Market Head of Retention and Development.
Responsibilities:
As part of our successful end user team you will be responsible for directly engaging with our customers and managing indirect fulfilment through our Channel business partners. You’ll already have established relationships within the IT Channel - end users, resellers and distribution - to ensure the best experience is offered to our customers. You’ll have a consultative approach to solution selling being able to identify, quantify and close business.
You’ll have great communication skills being able to identify, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You’ll configure, quote and negotiate sales solutions as well as provide, proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the telephone and F2F meetings
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• You will use business intelligence tools to prospect and find new opportunities.
• You are the point of contact for your customers- you build relationships of trust by providing proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via telephone and email to achieve sales results.
• You will create customer loyalty through intelligent conversations and becoming a trusted advisor.
• You configure products, prices and negotiate to support Lenovo revenue and margin performance and maximize our customer satisfaction.
• You cooperate closely with the Channel team, and their business partners to facilitate new customer leads and fulfil business deals and to deliver profitable revenue growth across your account base.
• You work closely with other sales teams in Lenovo to achieve common revenue and profit goals.
• You will provide weekly account status reporting, quarterly performance reporting, forecasting and business planning vs target Organization.
Your skill set:
• Tenacious, curious and highly persuasive, delivering outstanding results against targets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a friendly rapport with customers.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills who can communicate well internally and externally at all levels of the business.
• Ability to be flexible and able to deliver bespoke solutions to meet customer needs.
• Proficient in excel, word, outlook and CRM systems.
• Articulate, cooperative and able to build trustworthy beneficial partner relationships to achieve mutual business growth
• A proven track record of IT sales experience, would be a plus.
