Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven OEM Solutions Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Lenovo’s OEM solutions, working closely with customers to understand their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their business goals. What is OEM Solutions?
Lenovo’s OEM Solutions team partners with customers across industries — including healthcare, manufacturing, energy, and retail — to embed Lenovo technology into their solutions. From medical imaging to factory automation to smart vending, we enable the systems and solutions of the future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Support & Opportunity Management: Support a designated group of field sellers by driving pipeline growth, assisting with activities related to opportunity progression and helping close new business.
- Solution Selling: Assist in the configuration and quoting of Lenovo OEM Solutions tailored to customer needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Lenovo's OEM Solutions product portfolio and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: assist with identifying new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic follow-up.
- Sales Enablement: Conduct research to identify potential OEM partners, generate leads, and set qualified appointments.
- Operational Excellence: Own end-to-end sales support tasks including pricing approvals, order tracking, fulfillment escalations, and CRM hygiene. Regularly update sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with category, technical, operations, and marketing teams to align strategies, support campaigns, and accelerate opportunities.
- Training & Development: Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in inside sales, account support, or customer-facing sales roles (preferably in the tech or OEM space).
- Skills & Traits:
- Clear communicator and strong listener
- Detail-oriented with a bias for action
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and other sales tools.
