Description and Requirements

Position Overview:

Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated and sophisticated Inside Sales Representative to focus on our key accounts within the Philippines market. This role demands an individual with a strategic mindset, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to ensure their continued loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts, understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align Lenovo's offerings with clients' evolving requirements.

Strategic Sales Planning:

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management teams to create and execute strategic sales plans tailored to each key account.
  • Identify growth opportunities, create account-specific strategies, and drive revenue growth within key accounts.

Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:

  • Acquire an in-depth understanding of Lenovo's product portfolio, with the ability to consultatively present solutions that align with clients' goals.
  • Showcase Lenovo's strengths and competitive advantages in the industry.

Contract Negotiations:

  • Manage contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for both the client and Lenovo.
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize client satisfaction.

Market Insight and Forecasting:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing critical insights to drive business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate sales forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in inside sales, key account management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in sophisticated consultative selling techniques.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strategic thinker with a keen business acumen.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and Lenovo's product offerings.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple accounts concurrently.
  • Proficiency in speaking Tagalog is considered an added advantage.
