Description and Requirements
This role is limited for a 1 year contract however we hope to extend it afterwards.
As a trusted advisor to our Mid-Market customers, you will:
• Develop and manage strong relationships with key accounts, acting as a main point of contact across Lenovo’s full portfolio including Laptops, desktops, servers, storage, accessories and services, alongside product specialists.
• Drive solution-based selling by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored IT solutions, encompassing Lenovo’s hardware, software, and service offerings.
• Use business intelligence tools to uncover new opportunities and expand your account base.
• Regularly liaise with customers virtually and face-to-face to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Configure, quote, and negotiate sales solutions to meet both customer expectations and Lenovo’s revenue and margin goals.
• Collaborate closely with Lenovo’s Channel team and business partners to ensure seamless fulfillment of solutions and build new customer pipelines.
• Work cross-functionally with Lenovo’s sales teams to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Provide detailed reporting on account status, forecasts, and performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
• A consultative selling approach, with a proven ability to identify and solve customer challenges using comprehensive IT solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Tenacity, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Previous experience in IT sales or working with the IT Channel (end users, resellers, or distribution) is highly advantageous.
