We are searching for an enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join our Inside Account Sales Team located in Rueil-Malmaison. You will work closely with one or two Key account managers, report directly to the Retail Consumer director. You will part of a team who is responsible for maintaining and developing great relationships with Consumer customers over the phone and emails.
The ideal Inside Sales Account Representative will be well organized, data driven and goal-oriented. You need to understand your customer’s strategy and have the ability to go beyond their needs, to maximize business and customer satisfaction.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Sales back office
• Enter all actions in Lenovo systems and update regularly
• Assure good alignment between Lenovo & Customer Expectation deliveries
• Delivering profitable revenue growth across your account base
• Sell in & Sell out approach
• Check good visibility & quality of Lenovo product information on retailer website
• Follow all sales propositions with the product managers and key account managers
What do we expect from you?
• Minimum of 5 years proven outbound sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Enthusiastic about IT Consumer products
• Customer facing experience
• Excel advanced level
• SAP as an advantage
• Team player
