Description and Requirements

This role provides support to the Sales team of Central America & the Caribbean, being responsible for the success and efficiency of all the administrative processes related to or derived from commercial activities


  • Develops strategic relationship with the partners, with guidance and support of the manager or senior members of the Sales Support Team of CAC. 
  • Work effectively with other team members to solve problems affecting the Partner; recognizes and analyzes problems (and their root causes) and prepares alternative solutions for discussion with the Team Leader or Manager. 
  • Load of Quotations / Order Process for relevant deals, acquisitions, and run rate according to revenue level. 
  • Process and analyze information, sales out, inventories, forecast, competition, etc. Inventory control and monitoring. 
  • Update the status of opportunities in the system. 
  • Attention to customer inquiries, generating quotes based on their requests. 
  • Process/request back-end bids, SOUPS and Promotions.


  • BA Degree in Administration, Marketing, or similar careers.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in similar positions and/or functions at the HW Technology industry.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics / SAP is a plus.
  • Successful candidates will have excellent bilingual (English / Spanish) verbal and written communication skills.
