Description and Requirements
The Inside Sales Support is responsible for working with a pool of account managers to help them in the daily back office (Quotes, proposals, etc.) by this way the Account Manager will be able to focus on selling and managing the strategy of SMB projects, and to spend more time with the customer. The ISS is also in charge of developing all kinds of repot to support the strategy goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, system engineering or similar.
Strong knowledge of computer systems and technical specs
Good written and Fluent spoken English.
Must be able to work well with various personalities.
2 years of experience in sales Ops
At least 1 year in hardware and computer sales
Focus in teamwork; drive to achieve and commitments (we do what we say)
A person with clear convictions, very organized, focused on results and doomed to service excellence.
