Description and Requirements

Responsibilities: 
  • Fully responsible to Renew Maintenance contracts within the assigned customer segment <10K
  • Supporting F2F sellers in the assigned territory related to Hardware Maintenance topics
  • Driving Winback initiatives for uncovered machines, via Power Quester, within the assigned customer segment <10K
  • (Base warranties expiring, Part numbers Expiring, Winbacks)
  • Lead Generation Services: provide the data to Lead generation team, follow up and develop to closure lead opportunities identified.
  • Ensuring high Data Quality in regard to Pipeline management, accurate forecasting and achieving the assigned financial targets as well as personal KPIs.
  • Fully responsible for SW Renewals like Xclarity, Nutanix, VMware…: Creating the Renewal Pipeline by analyzing different sources of data, share pipeline with Distributors, (some are direct). Educate Lenovo’s Channel on the relevant SW processes, quotes creation, manually fix the discrepancies, (prices, data, etc)
  • Leading client and channel negotiations to ensure a high Renewal Rate in respect to MA and SW
  • Being an advisor for the clients and Channel partners for the assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Establish a winning relationship and climate with the respective BPers
  • Standing in for Seller colleagues within the assigned territory as well as ISR colleagues to ensure the positive team spirit.
You will be reporting to Director Solution Sales.

Position Requirements:
  • Willingness to permanently learn to cope with the permanent evolution within the IT Industry
  • Being a Team Player
  • Strictly following the Governance and Bustiness Standards of Lenovo
  • English & German language spoken & written is a must
  • Experience with the common tool set like MS Office Suite.
Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1700 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings, 70/30 split
