Description and Requirements

Job Description: 

• Works closely with Senior Management in setting the overall direction and strategy for the Services business.
• Leads Services Sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.
• Sales quota target setting and measurement. Recommends revisions to quota criteria to align with overall strategy.
• Provides support and advice relating to services sales spiffs and contests.
• Represents International IDG Services in WW meetings and projects.
• Coordinates Regional Sales Reviews, reports and tracks progress of action items.
• Monitors sales pipeline and highlights risks and opportunities.
• Tracks progress of strategic initiatives and returns on investments.
• Provides data driven analysis and advices to the management and business development managers in the area of Services Sales and its operations through generation of reports and dashboards.
• Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency in the Services Sales planning and reporting efforts.
• Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other intelligence essential to Services Sales. Recommends revisions to existing reports and develops new reports/analyses as required.
• Collaborates extensively with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, compensation team, hardware and services business leaders and business development managers.
• Recruit, train, lead, manage and develop talents within the team.
• Organize Services workshop and set agenda as required.
• Ad hoc duties as required.

Experience, Academics & Skills Required: 

• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in business analysis, reporting, management consulting or finance within the IT/Services/Software industry.
• Relevant Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Business / Accountancy / Financial Analysis.
• Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, possesses creative problem-solving skills with a logical, systematic, curious and investigative mind.
• Proven ability to overcome system challenges and the ability to link diverse data sets.
• Self-directed, hands-on, motivated with high degree of commitment to meeting deadlines, targets and objectives.
• Ability to quickly comprehend business requirements and define and manage the tactical plan necessary to meet them.
• Keen in data analysis, financial modeling to provide meaningful results to assist in management decision making.
• A strong track record of project management experience with an ability to handle multiple projects and requirements simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and able to manage a variety of stakeholders from all over the world across different functions, organizational hierarchies and time zones.
• Able to work independently and proactively define work priorities.
• Able to work on own initiative, learn fast, meticulous and operate in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
• A team player who has proven business acumen.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is mandatory (experience with macros and charting is highly desired).
• SAP R/3 ECC, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Access, SQL, Qliksense, Hyperion skills is mandatory.
