We are seeking an enthusiastic, career-minded professional to join our Inside Sales Team to work with existing Lenovo accounts.
Responsibilities
* Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing Lenovo accounts, focusing on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Sales Solution Configuration: Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Proactive Engagement: Provide proactive follow-up, product information, and overall account support via telephone.
* Opportunity Management: Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within the public sector, working closely with a Field-based Account Manager.
* Product Knowledge: Sell the full catalogue of Lenovo products and solutions, effectively communicating their benefits and differentiating from competitors.
* Corporate Initiatives: Participate in corporate initiatives, including weekly forecasts and opportunity management, to align with company objectives.
* Sales Reporting: Report to the Internal Sales Manager and Sales Director on progress and achievements against personal KPIs.
* Team Collaboration: Work in a 10 person team environment, contributing to the overall sales strategy and success of the Large Enterprise Team.
Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience in internal sales, particularly within the large enterprise public sector, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
* Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Lenovo products and solutions, as well as competitor offerings.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with end-users and stakeholders.
* Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Dynamics or other CRM systems for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
* Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Farnborough, with the flexibility to work from the office three days a week.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to collective goals.
* Motivation: Enthusiastic and career-minded, with a passion for driving sales and achieving personal and team KPIs.
