Description and Requirements

The International IDG Services Marketing and Training Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Lenovo SSG marketing and training teams with project management, content management, administrative assistance and reporting to drive programs to desired outcomes.

The primary function of this role is to facilitate access to training, sales enablement and marketing content for all Lenovo Sales, Partners, and employees. The role will also exploit data linked to Lenovo Services training programs and link this data to HR and Sales performance data in order to drive effective training insights. The role will report to the Global Marketing and Training Director, and work in coordination with the Global Services Training Programs Manager. The ideal candidate must have the right mix of interpersonal skills, project management skills, as well as a strong interest in driving excellent marketing and improving sales effectiveness. 


Examples of responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and replication of Sales and Marketing assets on various content management systems
  • Manage user/learner lists for training
  • Coordinating with GEOs for sales metric reporting
  • Curriculum management
  • Learning Management System reporting
  • Project Management
  • Procurement management
  • Budget management
  • Optional, but appreciated - light graphic design skills to update/refresh content

Position Requirements:


  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to influence outcomes without authority
  • Strong database/Excel/reporting skills in order to turn raw data from different sources and in different formats into an exploitable set of reports
  • Solid presentation skills in order to produce and present PowerPoint files that summarize analysis
  • Solid project management skills in order to coordinate training and marketing asset libraries
  • Support the Global Marketing and training team by centralizing some administrative tasks including but not limited to: purchase order management, budget management, compliance reports and training, and tracking regional rollout of global projects
  • Independence and autonomy are necessary characteristics to be effective in this global role

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent English
  • 2+ years of business analyst experience or project management experience, the high tech industry and/or Services experience preferred
  • Strong Data / Excel skills / Presentation skills
  • Experience working with global teams and conducting business internationally is a plus

You will report to IDG ROW Services Marketing Director 


Base gross monthly salary starts from 1,600 EUR depending on experience. The variable part (bonus) is 12% of your annual earnings.
