The Role As a Fortune Global 500 company with US$50+ billion in revenue, Lenovo’s vision is to become the leader in Intelligent Transformation through PCs, tablets, AR/VR, smart devices, infrastructure, and solutions and services that create the best user experience.

We are looking for a talented Senior Marketing Manager to be a part of Lenovo’s evolution into a world-leading technology solutions company. Specifically, the role will focus on: Developing marketing, communications and sales enablement assets and programs for Lenovo Services and the Services and Solutions Group Collaboration with functional teams including global marketing, product, design, user experience, corporate and regional marketing teams as well as external partners to align and implement marketing strategy Management of external agency partners and collaboration with regional and local marketing teams to create the marketing content needed to support the rapidly growing business

Position Requirements:
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing in both in-house and agency roles, preferably in the technology sector
* Native-level English speaker Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to summarize details quickly and sell ideas through presentation decks
* Experience working in a global company / reaching global audiences
* Experience with a wide range of marketing disciplines, and understanding of how to leverage paid, earned, owned and shared channels
* Ability to understand complex solutions and translate them into relevant and engaging messages Strong attention to detail, results oriented, with extensive experience in successful marketing and sales enablement projects
* Strong organizational, project management, written and verbal communication skills, including experience with senior leadership
* Resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite tools for touch-ups or modification of existing marketing assets

* Be ORGANIZED: Have strong project management skills in multitasking; able to juggle multiple priorities and take end-to-end ownership of projects
* Be STRATEGIC: Be able to make strategic, prudent decisions (at times without full information)
* Be INFLUENTIAL: Be able to course-correct and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment against fast-breaking developments and timelines
* Be HARDWORKING: Be a strategic thinker as well as a practical doer, comfortable getting things done despite limited resources
* Be CURIOUS: Constantly challenge the status quo; be entrepreneurial in pursuing new ideas and better ways of increasing Lenovo Services Share of mind - with a sharp eye for great creative and detail
* BE CONFIDENT: Articulate, confident, and tactful in interacting with senior leadership, from presenting project proposals to launching a new offer
* Be FLEXIBLE: Accommodate virtual meetings with teams across different time zones
* Be GLOBAL: Be respectful and effective in communicating across cultures, the role may require some international travel
* Be ACCOUNTABLE: Develop, measure and report on metrics that inform strategy and track performance.
