Description and Requirements
Windows
Skill / Role: Windows L2, Relevant Experience: 5+yrs in windows, Qualification: Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good documentation skills
- Should have a good customer handling skills
- Installing, configuring and maintaining Win2K, Win2K3 servers with knowledge of NT4.0 User Account administration, File and Printer administration Patch administration and deployment, Fine-tune the system for optimal performance
- Troubleshooting Clusters and related issues in a SAN environment Experience in at least one backup tool BackupExec /Netbackup /Arcserve/ Legato Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue Experience with OS, Installation, Upgrades and Patching Ø Datacenter understanding MCSE certification is required. MCSA / MCITP/VCP Preferred.
Qualifications
Degree in Information Systems or Science degree Extensive knowledge of Microsoft desktop Operating Systems, Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.Extensive experience using and administering Endpoint security systems Experience with mobile phone/tablet mobile device management software and solutionsStrong experience Installing, maintaining and monitoring Antivirus, Encryption and Privilege management solutions
