Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team, working directly with our Customer Operation Managers. This role will oversee inventory management and fulfillment execution at our local warehouse partner, Mobiltech, in Texas. The ideal candidate will be based in the Dallas / Ft. Worth area.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operational Issue Resolution: Collaborate with team members and functional departments to resolve operational issues as assigned.
  • Shipment Tracking: Monitor and ensure shipments are complete, correct, and on time.
  • Reporting Metrics: Update and maintain weekly reporting metrics.
  • Order Coordination: Work with the shipping/logistics supervisor to schedule outbound orders.
  • Inventory Ownership: Serve as the point person for inventory ownership.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain current inventory and reconciliation within the data system.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt and proper storage of warehouse products.
  • SAP Utilization: Utilize SAP to manage Goods Receipts (GRs), consumption files, and ensure all inbound receipts are processed correctly.
  • Stock Transfers: Execute systematic stock transfers to global fulfillment centers.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and develop solutions to recurring problems.
  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate project and operations audits, inventories, and shipments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Supply Chain experience
Prefered Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar
  •  inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
The base salary budgeted range for this position is $60k - 80K. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on [1] www.lenovobenefits.com.
