Description and Requirements

■About Organization 
The candidate will belong to Global supply chain Division. He or she conducts Inventory and E&O(excess & obsolete) analysis, plan targets and budgets, coordinates with functional and segments colleagues, report to Asia Pacific and Japan management. The candidate is required to have a broad range of supply chain management knowledge, negotiation / reconciliation ability among related sections (Supply demand planning, Procurement, ODM, Finance etc), and having deep insights of PC industry. This individual will co-work with NECPC supply chain related teams as well as Lenovo AP and Japan teams.

■Roles and responsibilities
Generate and Share E&O Reporting
・Engage with SAP systems to collect data and format for business reviews and for use by functional partners (Japan-based (Japanese) and AP-based (English) teams) 
・Generate regular detailed reporting showing E&O impact to business (for Japan-based (Japanese) and AP-based (English) teams) on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
・Summarize and format data for business and Finance users.
・Seek for new tool/process automation for reporting

Manage NECPC inventory data to optimize E&O performance
・Collect and summarize and redistribute data related to all aspects of NECPC Inventory
・Prepare regular forecasts of all aspects of inventory
・Distribute, communicate and align on all aspects of NECPC inventory management
・Track actual inventory performance versus targets and publish/share results
・Develop and push for new initiatives to improve our inventory management process.

Data and Information Sharing and Scheduling
・Create cadence for sharing data and communicating with stakeholders as well as for receiving data updates from stakeholders
・Ensure deliverables are prepared to align with above cadence; share deliverables with stakeholders
・Monitor and Summarize Actions and Feedback from Stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up to issues and required actions

Communication and Presentation Skills
・Share data and information updates in English and Japanese with audiences in Japan (Functional groups, Segment groups, etc) and in AP (management groups etc)

■Key Interaction with:
・<NEC Personal Computers internal> : Supply/Demand Planning, Procurement, Finance
・<Lenovo> : Global supply chain in Asis Pacific, Japan 

Must Have – essential
・Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience in PC or Hardware Product industries.
・Analytical expertise
・Attention to Detail
・Advanced Excel knowledge (formulas and functions, lookups, data-to-charts, trend analysis, etc) and Powerpoint skills (all)
・Database experience (queries, data-mining, scenario analysis, export to Excel, etc)
・Japanese and English capability (must be conversational and able to present and communicate information in English)

Good to have – desirable
・Analyst and PMO(project management office) experience
・Multi-cultural communication experience in the field of supply chain management.
・BA/BSC or MBA in international commerce, supply chain logistics or equivalent level of knowledge.
・Knowledge of PC、Computer Products.
