Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1. 负责TWS/OWS耳机的软件架构设计和开发：包括编写、调试和测试耳机的软件代码，以实现所需的功能和性能要求。

2. 蓝牙相关IoT产品的软件代码实现、调试、测试和维护：包括与蓝牙协议栈和音频处理相关的软件开发工作，以确保耳机等IoT产品与手机或其他蓝牙设备的兼容性和通信质量。

3. 音频处理开发：包括对音频信号进行处理和优化，以提供高质量的音频体验，如降噪、回声消除、均衡器等。

4. BLE（低功耗蓝牙）的调试开发：包括对BLE协议栈进行调试和优化，以提供低功耗的连接和通信能力。

5. 配合硬件工程师进行项目把控：包括与硬件工程师合作，确保软件与硬件的协同工作，并按时完成项目目标。

任职要求：

1. 电子类相关专业：如电子信息工程、嵌入式系统、通信工程等，具备扎实的电子学和通信原理基础。

2. 编程能力：熟悉C/C++编程语言，具备良好的编程技能和代码质量意识。

3. 蓝牙等短距连接协议栈知识：熟悉蓝牙/Wifi/UWB等协议栈的架构和工作原理，具备蓝牙等设备驱动开发经验者优先。

4. 音频处理经验：具备音频处理和优化经验，熟悉数字信号处理算法者优先。

5. 团队合作能力：具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同背景的工程师合作解决问题。

6. 语言能力：英语听说读写流利。
