Description and Requirements


As the Commercial 4P Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and financial goals for the portfolio, maximizing sales by managing the product life cycle, the channel and the sales pipeline.
Ideally you will have product marketing and sales experience in IT industry, ability to articulate a thorough sales strategy, potential to collaborate across multiple teams such as relationship sales, channel sales, web sales, marketing, and finance in order to achieve the financial goals of your assigned products.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Create and drive the Commercial PC strategy
  • Responsible for Market Share, Revenue, P&L of Commercial PC Category
  • Plan and execute quarterly sales-in/sales-out
  • Achieve quarterly aged and exit inventory targets
  • Shape the commercial product line up by selecting the right products and configurations from the Global Lenovo product portfolio
  • Market and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize opportunities to further develop the business
  • Communicate and present portfolio and product updates to the sales team
  • Identify growth areas for SMB, PS and Enterprise Business
  • Close cooperation with the EMEA 4P team
 
Position Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in similar role
  • Team leadership and team player
  • Strategic business planning and creative problem solver approach
  • Can do attitude, Customer focus, Excellent time management
  • Outstanding analytical thinking and financial acumen
  • MS Office, very strong in Excel
  • High level of flexibility, self-reliance and proactivity
  • Fluent verbal and written communications in English
