Description and Requirements
The B2B Country Sales Specialist – Accessories is responsible for driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition on EPS, MM and SMB for the accessories category in the B2B market. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and working closely with partners, resellers, and distributors to maximize sales. The Sales Specialist will also provide product expertise, competitive insights, and sales support to ensure strong business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the B2B accessories market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise customers, resellers, and distribution partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and business challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Execution and performance management
- Maintain strong knowledge of accessories products, features, and competitive positioning.
- Work closely with distributors, resellers, and solution providers to optimize sales performance.
- Support channel partners with training, incentives, and promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze sales data, customer insights, and market trends to refine strategies.
