Description and Requirements

工作职责： 
 1. 负责联想软件产品相关系统设计、开发和维护工作。 
 2. 负责需求把控，架构设计，功能开发，合理分析业务需求并细化实施。 
 3. 负责系统的生产变更和故障分析处理。 

 岗位要求： 
 1. 3-5年工作经验，计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握各种数据结构，了解计算机网络、操作系统的底层概念和原理。 
 2. JAVA基础扎实，良好的编码规范。 理解IO，多线程、反射、内存管理、类加载、NioAio、字节码增强、集合等基础框架，深入理解JVM原理，熟练掌握常用设计模式，对多线程并发编程等常用技术有深刻理解。 
 3. 丰富的Web相关开发经验，精通相关主流框架（Spring，SpringMVC，Spring-Boot，Spring-Cloud，Dubbo，Mybatis等) 深入了解其原理者优先。 
 4. 具备分布式系统开发经验，深入理解RPC通信框架、分布式事务、消息队列等技术。 
 5. 熟悉常用中间件：如数据库、消息队列、远程调用、定时调度、分布式配置、分库分表、缓存等。
 6. 了解云原生生态技术：如Docker、Kubernetes、Service Mesh、Prometheus等。 
 7. 熟悉Linux体系结构和常用调优工具。
 8. 良好的沟通能力， 能承受一定的工作压力，有责任心、上进心，具备良好的自学能力和独立解决问题能力。
