Description and Requirements

Back Ground

This position is responsible for formulating and executing NEC Commercial 4P to maximize revenues and profits in NEC Lenovo Japan's direct business while enhancing customer experience and satisfaction. In particular, the role focuses on building strategy of pricing ,Supply and Inventory management and Product management ,for the NEC Commercial  (Small and Medium Business) segment.

Effective from April 1, 2024, NEC Personal Computers Ltd. will take over the corporate PC sales function from NEC Corporation and strengthen its sales efforts for corporate clients. Against this backdrop, this position will play a key role in driving product strategy within the SMB segment.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Leads and owns overall 4P strategies (product, pricing, place, promotion) and P&L for the Lenovo Consumer Direct business, including several route, lenovo.com, kakaku.com, Marketplace (Rakuten/PayPay), Tele/Deal business, and Direct store in Retail
  • Leads following functions within the team
  • Business Planning - Sales planning, pricing, Gross-to-net, demand forecasting, and campaign planning for Lenovo products to meet budget and maximize sell-out share and profit
  • Portfolio management - Defines future product portfolio and SKU plans to maximize sell-outs within the Web market
  • Route Planning -Defines route to market strategy by managing sales plans and P&L for each Web Route. Owns growth plans within each route to maximize sell-out share and profit.  Works closely with consumer & commercial 4P team to execute strategy and plans.
