Description and Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects.

Experience using Java/React, Distributed Systems, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

Experience with data, data architecture, modeling, trends analysis, statistics, and program evaluations.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field

Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, unit testing, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Experience with relational and non-relational database systems

Experience and willingness to mentor more junior engineers and help them develop their skills and leadership

Able to work in a diverse team.
