As a Solution Architect at Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), you will lead the design and implementation of advanced solutions centered around NVIDIA's OVA (Optimized Virtual Appliances), NIMs (NVIDIA AI Model Serving), NeMo (NVIDIA's open-source framework for conversational AI), and Riva (NVIDIA's suite for AI-powered speech recognition and synthesis). You will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to architect scalable and innovative solutions leveraging NVIDIA's cutting-edge AI technologies integrated into Lenovo's infrastructure offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help architect and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Lenovo's infrastructure and NVIDIA's AI tools (OVA, NIMs, NeMo, and Riva) to meet customer requirements.

• Create detailed solution blueprints, including hardware configurations, software architecture, network topology, and security.

• Work directly with customers to understand their business challenges and technical needs and translate them into tailored AI-driven solutions.

• Provide guidance on NVIDIA AI technologies, including how to implement and optimize OVA, NIMs, NeMo, and Riva within Lenovo's ISG ecosystem.

• Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and other technical teams to ensure solution alignment with customer goals and product capabilities.

• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, specifically in the areas of conversational AI, voice recognition, and model deployment.

• Evangelize the use of NVIDIA tools like OVA, NIMs, NeMo, and Riva in Lenovo’s offerings and participate in product strategy development.

• Provide guidance on best practices for deploying AI models on Lenovo's hardware platforms, optimizing for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Support performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet customer performance requirements.

• Help create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and user guides for customers and internal teams.

Basic Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 1 year of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or high-performance computing (HPC).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with NVIDIA DGX systems and associated AI/ML workloads.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, working directly with clients to design and deploy large-scale AI solutions.

• Familiarity with Lenovo's enterprise offerings and their application in AI/ML environments.
