POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visual/UI Designer to assist in the design and development of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall experience. As a Junior Visual/UI Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create compelling designs that align with our brand identity and user needs.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

- Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our e-commerce platform.
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Optimize designs for mobile responsiveness and performance.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in visual and UI design.
- Support the implementation of designs by providing assets and specifications to the development team.
- Assist in QA testing to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, UI/UX Design, or a related field, or currently pursuing relevant coursework or certifications.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects, including web and mobile interfaces.
- +1 year of design / digital experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail (pixel perfect) and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving.

- A basic understanding of HTML, and CSS is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of animation is a plus.
- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning.
- Written and Oral English Skills (Intermediate).
