Description and Requirements

The Junior Transportation Specialist is a key role that will be working in our EMEA Logistics organization, managing carrier performance across Europe and providing support to service delivery organization on transportation related topics.

In this role, he/she will be responsible for end-to-end transportation on a designated number of countries, taking ownership of service-level agreed with carriers and ensuring spare parts are being delivered on time to customers.

You will report to Senior Manager, Logistics & RTV.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ownership of E2E forward and reverse transportation flow on assigned countries,
  • Exception handling on shipment delays with carriers and relevant stakeholders,
  • Daily, weekly & monthly monitoring and reporting KPIs available on Power BI dashboards,
  • Monitor, identify and escalate system issues and integration discrepancies with Lenovo IT,
  • Act as first level of escalation, for transportation issues, for internal and external customers,
  • Upload of invoices for customs and transport into LSUMP tool and verify billing disputes,
  • Support on ad-hoc customs documents creation / follow up (e.g. Invoice, AWB, Power of Attorney, Indemnity Letter)

Position Requirements:
The successful candidate has proactive approach to problem solving and data analysis, as well as:

  • MS Office package knowledge, especially with handling large amounts of data in Excel,
  • Fluent professional communication in English,
  • Analytical, able to self organize and prioritize workloadBottom of Form.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1250 EUR depending on experience. The variable part (bonus) is 12%.
