Job Description:
The Inside Sales Support Trainee is responsible for enhancing sales productivity and efficiency by supporting Sellers through enablement, operations, and post-sales activities. This role involves equipping the sales team and external business partners with Lenovo resources, tools, and processes. The Inside Sales Support Representative will collaborate with various teams, including product, supply chain, logistics, marketing, communities, and external agencies, to improve the overall partner experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal support processes for sellers and their business partners, including collaboration with internal functions.
- Coordinate planning activities with other stakeholders as needed and dive deep into trouble areas to derive actionable strategies.
- Focus on continuous process and experience improvement, assisting with troubleshooting and the development of new processes.
- Provide administrative support tasks such as ETA management, account details creation, and other relevant assignments.
- Build peer support and strong internal relationships with key employees.
- Participate in group activities to develop and drive process enhancements.
- May operate on a multi-country basis.
Trainee Requirements:
- Majors in Computer Science, IT, Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
