Description and Requirements
Your tasks:
Strategic development of the public sector customer segment especial central government (incl. secretservice and german army) by establishing and expanding business relationships with existing and new customers in order to increase customer satisfaction and maximise Lenovo's sales or margin.
Build strong relationships with partner companies that may be required to deliver complete solutions to customers.
Collaborate with different departments or coordinate different contacts and tasks inside and outside Lenovo on projects and tenders.
Work closely with the Internal Account Manager, with whom you will be a single unit, and other sales teams within Lenovo to achieve joint revenue and profit targets.
Regular reporting on account status, forecasts and business planning against target to the sales manger public
Leading, Managing and following up on bids and tenders, including pricing until project completion.
What you bring to the table:
Completed commercial training or a university degree.
Sales experience in the public sector central government
Experience within the IT industry or related industries (experience with data centre solutions, software or services is an advantage)
If you know words like virtual infrastructure, hyperconvergence and storage, it rounds off our joint development perfectly fluent German, as well as written and spoken English
Very good MS-Office skills
Ability to work in a team & flexibility
Independent, proactive and goal-oriented way of working
Structured, analytical work combined with high communication skills and personal responsibility
