Description and Requirements
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Parts forecast analysis and proactively managing demand/supply for rolling 13 weeks basis.
- Ensure suppliers’ on time commitment & delivery.
- Regularly review the PO, schedule and capacity with suppliers to meet production demand.
- Weekly/Daily WW parts shortage, ONS analysis and resolution.
- Inventory and E&O management.
- Ensure parts allocation execution at suppliers based on business requirement.
- Supply Readiness for New Product Introduction and Mass Production.
- Support team to solve daily critical business issue.
- Manage and evaluate suppliers performance, quarterly business review.
- Work with cross-functional team members on decision making for RFQ winner, supplier selection and strategic partner selection.
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, logistics, International Business or related field. Advanced degree (Master's) is preferred
- Minimum 3 years in procurement, supply chain management, or related field
- Strong understanding of PCB, connector, Semi-conductor in procurement field.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills and problem-solving abilities for procurement challenges
- English read and speaking is a must, Mandarin is a plus
