Description and Requirements
The ISO Sales L&D team is a crucial part of the Lenovo International Sales Organization which is go to market organization for all Lenovo outside of Mainland China. We are a globally centralized function under the ISO Sales Transformation & Enablement team working as the lynchpin to strategize and drive frameworks, programs and governance to enable our sales force with the right set of skills and knowledge at the right time.
Job Brief
Key Responsibilities include:
•Comprehensive Learning & Development Operations management
•Operational/Transactional management of Learning Events, Participants, Instructors, Vendors
•Data Analytics – extracting, analysing & reporting data from LMS and LXP
•Working closely with other internal L&D teams across business groups and geographies supporting implementation/execution of learning programs
•Working closely with external Learning Partners / Vendors as required
•Apply a continuous improvement mechanism for relevant internal processes
•Any other responsibilities that may be assigned based on business needs
Qualification:
•Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent is required.
•Any additional formal certification or qualification in Learning/Training Operations Management would be preferred
Work Experience:
•6 +years of experience in large multi-national IT organizations in a similar role
•Dedicated back-end L&D/Training Operations experience or HR Operations experience with Training/L&D Ops being a significant component
•Experience in working across different geographies, cultures and time zones
•Consistent performance rating of meeting/exceeding expectations
Required Skills/Ability:
•Attention to Detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
•Ability to coordinate and manage virtual and face-to-face learning/training events including being able to think on-the-fly and troubleshoot problems
•Fluency in written and spoken English to be able to communicate effectively with internal and external people across the world
•Proficiency in MS Office Applications – Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint (Advanced), SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word
•User level Proficiency in Saba Cloud or similar learning platforms
•Ability to demonstrate a positive, self-driven attitude and a willingness to constantly learn and improve
•Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced constantly changing environment
•Ability to proactively reach out and connect with people across different geographies and levels and build good working relationships, collaboration and teamwork in a complex matrix organization
•Ability to work in shifts and flexible working hours
Bonus Skills/Experience:
•Ability to moderate and support virtual instructor-led training on platforms like MS Teams, Zoom etc.
•Instructional Design Skills – ability to create course content with inputs from subject matter experts
•Ability/Experience to use authoring tools like Articulate 360 to create/package e-learning content and publish on the LMS
•Experience in using data visualization tools like Qlik View
