Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for this position will involve designing, supporting, and leading key initiatives in the following areas:
1. Global Future Leaders Program
1) Overall design and execution of Global Future Leaders’ development program focus on building the next generation of managers and leaders skilled at driving high engagement and developing the talents Lenovo needs to succeed in all aspects of business strategy.
2) Involve in assessment and selection of the global future leaders, i.e. familiar with assessment center and psychometric test.

3) Develop, deliver and manage custom modular training programs specifically to improve global future leaders' skills for outstanding performance.

4) Collaborate with different levels of senior leaders and HRPs globally to monitor and keep track of the future leaders’ performance and progress to meet or exceed requirements.

5) Coach and mentor future leaders to improve their capability and create impact on the business.

2. Talent Engagement

Overall design, development, and roll-out of talent engagement programs to support target workforce segments and strategic priorities to help drive senior leader engagement with next-generation talent Collaborate with RE@L (Rising Employee at Lenovo), an employee resource group to manage and execute global engagement initiatives

3. Training & Development

Develop and deliver assigned global leadership development programs.


Job Requirements:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Adult Education or other related fields.

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 10 years of work experience in learning, management/leadership development, instructional design and program deployment. Strong subject matter knowledge in at least one of the following areas: talent engagement, HR partnership, professional development, management/leadership development, organization development, instructional design Experience working with senior-level management leaders. Strong group facilitation skills and experience is desired. Global multi-national experience is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or priorities at once Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Highly articulate and able to present their point of view in a clear and concise manner. Self-disciplined, taking pride in managing self to deliver agreed objectives/commitments. Ability to develop strong working relationships across functions. Demonstrated self-starter with high energy, capable of functioning in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment. Ability to deal with ambiguous and often complex work situations. Leverages other resources, knowledge and information to get the job done. Possesses excellent reasoning and logical thinking skills to solve problems and develop innovative solutions. Willingness to work with individuals/teams around the world and accommodate flexible schedules to meet global needs; International travel approximately 10%. Fluency in English is required.
