Job Description:

Lenovo is seeking a Customer Support Representative whose responsibilities include working with internal and external customers and Key Distributors related to ISG (Infrastructure Solutions Group) business. Position requires positive attitude, teamwork and ability to work with key cross functional teams located in different countries from North America. The Customer Support Analyst is responsible for supporting Lenovo internal and external customers (Large Enterprise Direct, Mid-Market, Business Partners) from North America in a variety of order management roles, including: - Order Entry – Scheduling, Field Support, Core Team, returns and WW Sales Nutanix reporting. This team has daily interactions with Sales Teams, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, AR and other CF/Supply chain areas. 

Position Requirements: Ideal candidate will have: 

- Proficient English language with solid verbal and written communication skills 

- Excellent organization skills 

- Proficiency using Excel, Word and Outlook 

- Team Player with positive "can do" attitude 

- SAP Knowledge is a PLUS - VBA Knowledge is PLUS 

- Must be self-driven and able to work independently while focused on delivering results 

- Must have ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task quickly and efficiently 

- Prior experience in a Global Company is a plus 

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
