Description and Requirements

Lenovo Latin America Spanish (LAS) is looking for proactive candidate with strong self-learning and teamwork skills that will be responsible for monitoring proper functionality of Service’s systems infrastructure and be able to apply and track mitigation plans in a timely manner. Role requires influential leadership to facility de implementation of IT initiatives and constant bilateral communication with both internal customers as well Service Center network.  

Responsible for keeping maintenance actions for key Service IT platforms, such as Service’s CRM, CoData, Tableau and Power BI applications and provide support to create new modules for specific business needs.

Responsible for improving repetitive processes or tasks within the Services area, developing and implementing solutions with the help of RPA tools (Robotic Process Automation) to perform these activities/processes. 

Participate in key projects within LAS leading systems and processes readiness through each execution phases looking for a proper repair order flow

Provide support during onboarding process of new Service Centers vendors, proving training to them on the proper use of our service’s systems.

Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree in System Engineering or related field
Strong communication skills with proficient written and spoken English.
At least 5 years of experience participating/leading different IT deployment projects and users  trainings
Must be able to work well with people in other countries.
Technical skills in multiple system platforms and programing: MSD/SAP CRM, Database Management, SQL, Programming in Java / C++, Data Analytics tools knowledge/development/implementation such as Qlik and QlikSense & overall MS Office knowledge

Preferred:
Postgraduate studies/Certification in Project Management or similar
Technical skills: Data Analytics tools PBI and MS Visio, Confluence
