Description and Requirements

Key responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and assessment of credit requests, including new requests, changed requests and annual review due diligence.
* Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessment of credit risk.
* Solid understanding of financial statements, ratios and concepts.
* Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, communication, attention to detail and problem -solving skills are essential.
* Assess industry trends economic conditions, competitive landscapes and relevant news to make informed recommendations.
* Review credit reports, payment histories, financial performance and other crucial information to help predict a borrower's ability to honor financial commitments.
* Develop and prepare spreadsheets/models to support analysis of new and existing credit accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess the following preferred qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Prior experience within Finance and Accounting
* Large experience within Credit 
* Good communications Skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and general computer use.
* Able to work in a Hybrid format (3x office, 2x Home office)
* Ability to multitask- the candidate must be able to handle demands as they come through and juggle tasks according to level of urgency
* Well-versed with common financial software such as Microsoft Excel and the candidate must be comfortable with creating graphs, charts and financial modeling
* The candidate must be familiar with financial ratios and common financial language
Strong multilingual skills in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
