Description and Requirements

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll lead a high-performing group of internal sales representatives, translating strategic plans into measurable success. This role is pivotal in driving consistent channel management and revenue growth across the UK & Ireland.


Key Responsibilities


  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, manage, and develop a team of approximately 8 internal sales representatives, fostering a culture of success, diversity, and continuous improvement.
  • Revenue Target Management: Achieve annual revenue targets averaging $350M across the UK and Ireland, while owning accurate forecasting in line with weekly and quarterly cadences.
  • Strategic Execution: Translate the Route to Market business plan into best-in-class execution and KPIs, ensuring that strategic objectives are met consistently.
  • Collaboration with Distribution: Work closely with the Distribution team to focus on “Sell What’s Available Today” (SWAT) and identify growth opportunities within ISG and SSG.
  • Account Growth: Identify and nurture high-potential accounts through Joint Business Plans and set quarterly targets to drive consistent growth.
  • Budget & Fund Management: Oversee the annual budget and marketing funds, ensuring strategic direction and financial accountability in all initiatives.
  • Sales Tools & Data Integrity: Ensure the effective use of sales tools and maintain accurate customer data, coordinating timely data transfers per campaign schedules.
  • Initiative Management: Develop and manage tactical and strategic initiatives to secure Lenovo’s maximum share of wallet across the LCSC territory.

Key Qualifications


  • Proven Leadership: 3–5 years of experience leading Internal Channel Sales Teams with a strong track record in executing internal sales programs.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with a challenger spirit to drive business success.
  • Barrier Removal & Efficiency: Skilled at identifying and removing obstacles to optimize team efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively as part of a high-performing team and aligning with broader company strategies.
  • Influential Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and secure cooperation across internal departments and with customers.
  • Channel Sales Expertise: Solid understanding of channel sales organization and strategy, with deep insights into market dynamics.
  • Digital Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and relevant databases, with robust presentation skills.
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of presenting ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
