Description and Requirements

This is an experienced Leasing person that can talk to customers confidently about the use of payment plans and consumption models to pay for their technology hardware requirements. They will have the credibility and experience to engage confidently with key customer stakeholders including the C suite, technology teams and finance teams. They can work with the Lenovo US team to deliver solutions to our customer’s requirements.

Key Functional

* Skills Strong communication, negotiation and internal selling skills.
* Understanding of lease accounting standards.
* Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills
* Understanding of residuals and pricing methodology
* Understanding of financial statements and ability to structure transactions to match risk profile

Specification & Requirement Education/ Qualification Must Have:

* Undergraduate degree required.

Desired:

* Demonstrate ongoing personal development in sales, marketing and/or business courses

Work Experience

* Must Have 10 years plus experience in technology leasing.
* Both captive and third-party experience.
* Proven track record in achieving leasing sales objectives.
* Specifically, large, global type customer set.
* Experience at the "C-level" face to face interaction.
* Experience in direct lease products and managed services agreements; structure, pricing and funding.

* SSG Services team TruScale team
* Sales team and Account Managers across USA Hardware and Services Segment leaders across USA Latin America CFO, Finance, Tax and Back Office teams.
