◇Responsibility of the Position◇

■Responsibilities

The primary focus is to identify, grow, support & drive new Lenovo DaaS and Leasing opportunities for our Channel Partners across Japan. Support partners with LGFS EDU calls,meetings and offers. Develop, implement, and execute an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals. Understand and adapt to Lenovo’s ongoing product and services developments and how to incorporate them into an “as a Service” model. Ensure that our SMB & Channel Partners receive world-class sales and customer service.

Key Performance Indicators / Success Metric

• Volume of Leasing written

 - Via LFS partners

• Profitability of leases

 - Deal initiation, rewrites, and post initial term management

• Ongoing Business Partner account management and client retention

• Ongoing LGFS Partner Program account support.


■Key Functional Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and internal selling skills.

• Demonstrated track record of high performance in Global or Regional IT Channel position

• Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills

• Understanding of residuals and pricing methodology

• Understanding of financial statements and ability to structure transactions to match risk profile Specification



◇Specification & Requirement◇

■Education/ Qualification

【Must Have】

• Undergraduate degree required.

• Native Japanese and Business English communication skills are required.

【Desired】

• Demonstrate ongoing personal development in sales, marketing and/or business courses.


■Work Experience

【Must Have】

• 6 years plus experience in technology leasing. Both captive and third-party experience.

• Proven track record in achieving sales objectives. Specifically, SMB and Channel.


【Partner engagement.】

• Experience at the “C-level” face to face interaction.
