Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking an experienced leasing professional to join our team as a Channel Partner Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for identifying, growing, supporting, and driving new Lenovo "as a Service" and Leasing opportunities for our Channel Partners across the East Coast of the USA. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales objectives and will be able to confidently engage with key customer stakeholders, including the C-suite, technology teams, and finance teams.


Key responsibilities for this role include developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to achieve sales goals, ensuring that our small and medium-sized businesses and Channel Partners receive world-class sales and customer service, and understanding and adapting to Lenovo's ongoing product and service developments and how to incorporate them into an "as a Service" model. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing ongoing business partner accounts and client retention and providing ongoing support for the Lenovo Global Financial Services Partner Program.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in technology leasing, including both captive and third-party experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of high performance in a global or regional IT Channel position.
  • Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills, and an understanding of residuals and pricing methodology.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and internal selling skills
  • Experience in achieving sales objectives, specifically SMB and Channel Partner engagement.
  • The ability to interact with customers at the "C-level" is essential, as is an understanding of financial statements and the ability to structure transactions to match risk profiles.

This position has the ability to work fully remote in the EST time zone. If the selected candidate is located in Raleigh, NC this will be a hybrid opportunity working from home and office.

The base salary range for this position in California, Colorado, New York City, Nevada and Washington, is $107,000 - $123,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on www.lenovobenefits.com
