Description and Requirements

Lenovo International Leasing Organization (LILO) is looking for The Sales and Operations Process Excellence Lead. 


Your responsibilities will be in the following fields: 

Process Excellence

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for architectural design and process development and improvement across LILO (Lenovo International Leasing Organisation).
  • Lead the creation and development of the LILO process excellence team, focusing on the digital transformation of LILO.
  • Define and develop standards for policy and process documentation and knowledge sharing across LILO.
  • Drive the improvement and growth of process maturity across LILO.

Future State Design

  • Support the analysis of LILO future state digital capabilities. Assess the “As Is” and “Future State” of LILO process environment, operating model, and IT systems environment (People, Process, Systems).
  • Detect critical deficiencies in the current operating model and processes. Recommend solutions for improving LIL business and driving it forward.
  • Recommend solutions to improve LILOs efficiency and performance.
  • Drive new capabilities in LILO based on company strategy and business requirements.
  • Participate in pre-studies and projects, such as Everything As A Service, SAP S4 Hana transition, and other initiatives that have a direct and indirect impact upon LILO.
  • Work closely with LILO stakeholders, subject matter experts in the Elicitation and Translation of business requirements into Epics and User Stories which can be used by IT for assessment and building technical solutions.

Technology Process Enablement
  • Act as a bridge between LILO and BT/IT to ensure requirements are clearly understood so that BT/IT can deliver the best possible IT solutions for LILO (balancing time, cost, functionality)
  • Prepare presentations and project updates to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Engage in solution architecture design, define test plans and user acceptance criteria, project implementation and business improvement initiatives.
  • Advise management on project priorities (impact, resources, budget), help to drive change and improve LIL performance, and execute plans in a highly coordinated manner.
  • Support technology innovation to drive LILO efficiency and top and bottom-line results.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 8+ years' experience in IT services consulting or IT services delivery
  • 5+ years' experience managing IT leasing
  • Understanding of the competitive IT landscape, including both traditional and new types of infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the services function and across functions including Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and 
  • Experience developing and implementing enterprise strategies and architectures in complex environments.
  • A proven track record of successful transformation projects; solution architectural design, testing, implementation, business process improvement, and driving business performance.
  • Developed business cases for proposed solutions and technology investments.
  • Demonstrate ability to translate complex concepts effectively to help customers and stakeholders understand their technical needs and options.
  • Desired is a background in consulting
