Description and Requirements

Do you enjoy working with customers? Are you an expert in end user computing? 

We are looking for a Large Enterprise Account Manager responsible for the development & retention of customers in Lenovo’s business portfolio of PC products and solutions including Android/Windows tablets, desktops, notebooks, workstations, smart devices and associated services and accessories. This is a field-based role working alongside Internal Sales and Business Development specialists in product/solutions areas of strategic importance to Lenovo. 

You will report to our Sr. Sales Manager based in the UK and will be a part of our wider Enterprise & Public sector organization in the UK. The location of this job is flexible; ideally you will be based in the south of England and close to London area, so you are close to major customers.

What will be your responsibilities once you join us? 

• Deliver your Revenue, Margin and Services, Software & Peripherals targets as defined in each quarterly plan 

• Document, publish and review quarterly Business Plans for your top Accounts 

• Document a High Level Territory plan to include:

  • Top Development & Retention customers & line of business conversion plans for strategic Lenovo offerings; particularly Workstations and Services
  • Top customers where Internal Sales Rep takes the lead with Account Manager assistance 
  • Identification of share of wallet for all product lines for all customers to identify gaps and develop growth areas for action plans to present as part of your Quarterly territory review 

• Conduct 6 customer facing meetings per week in person or virtually

• Ensure your quarterly sales forecast is accurate

• Demonstrate your Gap closure plan (where needed) weekly with your manager – activity, pipeline, results 

• Ensure pipeline is logged for current and rolling 3 quarters and updated with a detailed description of the opportunity and key actions 

What do we expect from you?

• Proven ability to build and develop relationships at C level/Director level within customers 

• PC Industry experience and knowledge – face to face selling end user computing hardware into Large Enterprise customers 

• Negotiation & Presentation Skills 

• Verbal and written communications skills 

• Technical product knowledge 

• Ability to plan and prioritize activity across a diverse customer set with a view to maximizing short, medium- and long-term customer satisfaction and financial growth
