Description and Requirements

岗位职责

1. 负责服务器产品板卡的布局和布线可行性评估，完成各板卡的PCB布局和布线设计

2. 按节点要求输出PCB设计checklist结果，完成PCB改板设计

3. 负责PCB开发新技术跟踪和落地

岗位要求 

1. 具备Server/Storage的主板、背板、IO卡、转接卡等板卡的PCB layout经验，能独立进行Server的相关板卡的PCB开发，具备2W pin以上或20层以上大规模板卡的PCB开发经验者优先考虑

2. 具备从板卡布局/布线可行性评估、规则设定、布局设计、布线设计、主导layout review、出Gerb、DFM问题处理等端到端的项目级PCB工作经验，具备Intel平台2P主板的PCB全流程设计的项目经验者优先考虑

3. 熟练使用Cadence Allegro工具进行PCB设计，熟悉Intel Server（Grantley/Purley/Whitley）平台的PCB相关设计要求，熟悉PCIe/UPI/SAS/USB/SATA等高速串行总线、DDR3/4/5高速并行总线和Clock/I2C/LPC/晶振等低速信号的Layout设计要求

4. 沟通能力强，能准确获取到沟通过程中的关键信息，能逻辑清晰的表达自己的观点，思维敏捷，有一定的抗压能力；能够和团队一起合作，能够快速融入团队；做事认真负责，细致耐心

5. 有SI设计、PI仿真、SI测试等相关岗位工作经验和技能者优先考虑
