Job Description:
The Marketing Team Lead, Lead Development will be a key player in our company's marketing efforts, leading a team of lead development executives to drive growth and revenue through effective customer outreach and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in Martech processes, including lead nurturing, lead development, and lead delivery to the sales team, as well as team management experience and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of lead development executives [ either inhouse or outsourced or combination], providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement strategies to reach customers through various organic marketing channels, including email, social media, and Tele-Marketing [ either in-house or outsource teams]
- Establish and maintain a strong Martech process, including lead nurturing, lead development, and lead delivery to the sales team.
- Analyze campaign data to identify areas of opportunity and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.
- Collaborate with AP Region & Country Marketing teams and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and incorporate new technologies and best practices into marketing campaigns as appropriate.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- The role is responsible to manage Lead Development across Lenovo ISG and IDG business in the Asia Pacific
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead generation Increase in the number of leads generated through organic marketing channels.
- Conversion rates Improvement in the percentage of leads that convert to sales.
- Campaign performance: in the success rate of marketing campaigns.
- Team productivity: Improved efficiency and effectiveness of the lead development team.
- Customer satisfaction: Increase in customer satisfaction as measured by surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
- Improve the quality of the Marketing database by applying data enrichment tactics and data acquisition.
- Build, Manage and drive lead nurture tracks.
- establish the standard process across ISG and IDG business across Asia Pacific
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead development and Martech processes.
- 3+ years of team management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and technologies.
